Specializing in boutique consulting services, the firm focuses on projects that promote positive, meaningful change. Dan Esterly is the firm's founder and acts as the principal consultant, bringing a personal touch and deep commitment to every project.
Meet Dan
Profile
Dan's diverse background is rooted in service and social impact. Adopted from Honduras and raised in the United States, Dan’s passion for helping others began early in life through volunteer work. He holds two graduate degrees: a Master of Science in Counseling and an MBA in Healthcare Management. He briefly attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine's Doctoral Program for Clinical Psychology. After moving to Philadelphia, he unintentionally secured his first consulting assignment.
After some success with retail investing, he was invited to travel New Jersey and conduct due diligence on a public company for a group of over twenty independent investors—a turning point that inspired him to further engage in consulting assignments. For over a decade since, Dan has provided strategic guidance to companies of all shapes and sizes - nonprofits, startups, and large-scale companies.
Outside of consulting, Dan has dedicated over eight years to nonprofit leadership. He has served as an executive board director and advisory committee member for multiple organizations. Dan has also provided behavioral health treatment and services throughout his career, adding to his commitment to servant leadership and philanthropy. These diverse experiences have expanded Dan's repertoire of consulting skills and furthered his ability to create positive social impact.
